Everyone is smiling, polite, in such an environment even the most gloomy person will brighten up :). I have been using the services of the “32NS” team for a year. Comprehensive. I passed through the hands of Doctor Aneta Furtak, who took care of my gums, then Doctor Tatyana Gomma developed and implemented a conservative treatment plan, and finally I was under the care of Doctor Ewa Słupińska, who designed my new smile. Currently, I am at the end of the metamorphosis (one visit left and I am already delighted :). In the meantime, I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Barbara Kowalczyk, who performed the hygiene and guided me through the teeth whitening process. I would like to thank all the ladies, receptionists and assistants I mentioned above for your warm approach to me as a patient, for your precision and great gentleness during treatments, for the perfect preparation of visits and for providing me with detailed information about the course of treatment. With such a team of professionals, everyone will feel safe, I feel so “relaxed”;) that I even take a nap in the chair :))))) I recommend it to everyone!

I came here on the recommendation of friends when I wanted to consult a previous dentist’s opinion and I stayed there permanently. An attempt was made to save two teeth, which was successful. Not only the service, high-quality offices and services deserve 5 stars, but above all, the great cooperation between doctors. The care is comprehensive and focused on solving the patient’s problem, and all procedures and treatments are explained very carefully. Another advantage is the valuation of the treatment plan, which is always discussed in order to take into account various variants of complex treatment. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I have been a customer of 32 Nowa Stomatologia for a year and I think I have collected a lot of observations to give a reliable assessment. The assessment concerns longer-term treatment, not a one-time visit. I give it 5 stars for several reasons: 1. Quality of dental services provided: I have probably used all types of services at 32NS (root canal treatment, extraction, conservative treatment, I am undergoing orthodontic treatment) and each treatment was performed with the utmost care, using additional tools, if necessary (microscope, X-rays), after informing me about the purpose and planned course of a given procedure. Additionally, I would like to emphasize that each time there was a need for additional anesthesia, it was administered at no additional cost, so some of the procedures can be called truly painless (apart from the prick during the anesthesia). 2. Consistency of the entire treatment: I don’t know if this is the case with every treatment, but since I decided to undergo thorough treatment, a good plan was prepared at the beginning and consulted with other specialists. Thanks to this, each stage of treatment was placed in the system and each of the individual “performers” (surgeon, orthodontist, etc.) had insight into the treatment history. This is extremely convenient for longer treatments, because as a patient I do not have to remember the technical details of the treatments performed. It is important that the plan also includes a cost estimate, everything is known at the beginning. 3. Service: the entire treatment is supported by very polite and helpful service from the receptionists. A big plus is the active attitude towards finding a convenient date, I was often contacted well before the date of the visit to try to reschedule it. And a very useful detail: an SMS reminder about the visit 3 days (you need to confirm your arrival) and a day before the date. And something that is not necessary, but is certainly cool: TVs on the ceiling – nature series and films effectively distract attention from what is happening in the teeth ????
